A unique CGI character development process transformed charcoal textures and materials into highly detailed animal forms. The eagle, snake, and chameleon were fully sculpted and textured in 3D using fractured charcoal surfaces, then integrated into dark atmospheric environments with controlled lighting, embers, and particle effects.
